I am a fitness enthusiast with a passion for educating people on the benefits of fitness and healthy living. I enjoy cycling, running, group fitness classes, and clean eating. In addition, I am trained in the field of Educational Psychology and hold a Master's and Doctorate degree and have a strong conceptual background in motivational practices and educational principles.
I enjoy teaching group fitness because clients of all different levels can join in exercises, modified for their own levels, and be motivated by others around them.
