Kelley Bosley Fitzpatrick
Spinning and Gravity Training are two forces of physics that have always had a strong pull in Kelley's life. It wasn't until moving from Toronto to Vancouver fresh out of high school that she decided to take a course and learn how to actually teach classes rather than simply attend them. After seeing an ad saying that the YMCA was hosting a certification course, she thought it would be a fun way to try it out. She figured an added bonus was meeting people who shared a passion for working out. Little did she know more than 16 years later she would be as hooked and passionate as ever!
Kelley believes that to live a healthy lifestyle means to tend to and consciously nurture all aspects of oneself. She feels that our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being is all inter-connected. Kelley believes that when a person is in great physical shape, their self-concept is positively enhanced. She feels strongly that this sense of deep-rooted confidence allows people to develop the tools required to balance the many demands of day-to-day life with an energetic and optimistic approach.
Those who attend Kelley’s classes can expect a fun, creative, consistent workout. She likes to work people hard, but is also committed to a spirited and playful approach of teaching. Her classes are social and challenging, yet doable for everyone! Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies first and Kelley second. It is a very supportive environment where friendships are made while heart rates are raised!
A long-time fitness enthusiast and instructor, Kelley also balances being a wife of Dave and mother to two lively young boys, teaching grade 7 and 8 boys at a downtown Toronto private school, and spending time with family and friends. Teaching at RPM Spinning & Gravity Studio is a key element of Kelley's commitment to living a balanced, purposeful and happy life.
