I began teaching group fitness in college with step classes. Over the 20+ years, I've enjoyed teaching sculpt classes, BOSU, athletic conditioning/plyometrics, spinning and Boot Camp classes. My work with the Human Performance Institute as a Performance Coach ties in greatly with my love for fitness. I've enjoyed working with clients to make connections between good nutrition and fitness and healthy, happy living. My purpose in life is to help people become healthier and live longer...finding ways to enjoy health!
