I have been active in the Fitness Industry for over 10 years beginning as a back up instructor and slowly progressed into being able to teach and create my own classes. I started out as Spin Instructor 10 years ago and progressed into Trekking Classes, which was a good way to teach people proper running techniques and increase endurance using Treadmills. My Bodypump or weight classes consist of total upper and lower body training. I also teach Back and Ab classes which consist of upper back strength training by stretching upper and lower back and using pilate type movement to increase flexibility and then transition over 15 mins. of ab training breaking up the muscles from lower, upper and side obliques. My spinning classes vary from 45 mins. to 90 min. classes, I do specialize in All Terrain training. All Terrain is different variations of movements from heavy hill climbs, jumps and sprints all done to some great tunes. I believe if members or participants are having fun they will most likely work harder and keep coming up. Most people don't enjoy working out, so if you can make it enjoyable they will keep coming back. I currently teach anywhere from 12 to 20 classes a week for Goodlife Life Fitness and never stop learning and wanting to do more. I teach at various locations all across Ontario and take alot of pleasure from meeting new people and listening to why their working out and why they enjoy my classes.
