My name is a Valerie Cario and I am from Long Island. I am 22 years old and I have received my 200 hour teaching certificate in Tampa, Florida at Stillpoint Studio from yoga instructors Sarasvati Devi and Vaz Rogbeck. I am skilled in teaching ashtanga, vinyasa flows, power yoga, prenatal yoga, senior yoga, and special populations (handicapped). I can lead the practice of yoga nidra, workshops of particular poses, and themed classes (hips/shoulders/back).
