Born NYC 7/8/68 Office Manager for Trial Lawyers in NYC 1988-1996. Worked closer to home for private investigator 1996-1998. July 1998-August 1998 lived at Satchidananda Ashram, Integral Yoga Institute, Buckingham, Virginia and completed teacher training program as Certified Yoga Instructor. Practice and instruct full time at many locations (teach approximately 15 classes a week). Teach yoga for children monthly. Take classes and workshops frequently in NYC with various well known instructors and yoga masters (i.e. Dharma Mittra, David Life, Sharon Gannon, Rodney Yee, David Swensen. Krishna Das, Bhagavan Das, Wah, Jai Uttal, etc.)
