With an extensive professional background in classical ballet and modern dance techniques, Laura's affinity and passion for movement has propelled her career into the fitness industry. Laura incorporates a holistic approach to
permanent lifestyle changes by providing NYC residents with specialized
fitness training plans including but not limited to strength training,
cardio-vascular conditioning, yoga, dance, and flexibility programs. In
addition to the above, Laura focuses on injury prevention, rehabilitation and
permanent lifestyle changes. Laura holds a Master's degree and is also NASM certified Personal Trainer and a YogaWorks NYC certified Yoga Instructor.
