I have worked in the fitness industry since 1985 under my own company Freelance fitness Inc Teaching corporate classes and group fitness classes in the Greater Hartford area, along with many personal traning clients. In 1997 I took the position of director of Personal Training and at present I am managing 22 personal trainers for our facility. i also teach spinning, pilates, group power classes. K
