For me, exercising is my drug of choice; it's part of my daily routine, and I am hooked.  The benefits of moving, strength training, and stretching are far too great to ignore.  I am much calmer, stronger, and more emotionally balanced since making my lifestyle change... so I thought, why not pay it forward.  If I can help others feel better and motivate them to lead healthier lives, then I can make a small difference in this world. 

I have been a personal trainer now for one-year and have loved every minute of it!  I am a strong believer in resistance training and appreciate the benefits of the Bosu and use it for balance and core-strenghthening work with my one-on-one clients.  I am also currently teaching bootcamp style classes (energetic circuit-training) to men and women at our nearby park.  They keep coming back for more, session after session, so I know they are getting something out of it.  Plus, their "before" and "after" measurements are proof positive!

I am a sponge, constantly soaking up all I can regarding cutting-edge health and fitness, while currently pursuing workshops/certifications in yoga and aqua fitness.
