Lauren Bednez

I am 25 years old and absolutely love all aspects of Fitness. I have a B.S in Exercise Science. I love to exercise, and work out. I have completed 1 marathon with hopes to do another one in the near future. I have completed several half marathons, 10ks, and 5ks as well. I am outgoing and enjoy having a good time. My husband and I have been married for almost 2 years.
