My name is Kristin Posner, I am 26 years old. I have been involved in fitness since high school. I started teaching group fitness classes in college, such as aerobic kickboxing, step aerobics, and strength training classes. I have taken many classes through out the years, those classes include spin classes, yoga classes, high low, step, interval classes, strength training classes, yoga, pilates, floor aerobics, boot camp,etc. I love fitness, I love staying active, so I recently became certified in primary group excercise and plan to earn more certifications. I am an assistant director at a gym so I help memebers with their personal workouts and teach a variety of classes monday through friday. Classes range from two to five a day.
