I Have been teaching group Fitness classes for 1 Year, and love every minute I am teaching.  I have my Group fitness Certificate as well as Piyo (a yoga pilates blend), and Turbo Kick.  I have also taught full classes utilizing Kettlebells, Bosu Balls, Stability Balls, Weights, Suspension trainers, and Medicine balls.  I love varying my classes and trying something new and different in every cross training class I teach.  Fitness has changed my life and I want to share that with as meany people as I can!!
