Introduction
Ena Shed received her calling to improve the lives of women, men and children through fitness in 2004. Since then she has committed her life to educating everyone in her path about health and fitness. As a native New Yorker residing in Columbia, Maryland, Ena understands, respects and teaches the value of balancing life in three intertwining areas - the mind, the body and the soul. She educates by first encouraging us to change our mind and to replace negative connotations about health and fitness with positive thinking and an unparalleled, renewed energy. As part of her positive fitness program, Ms. Shed has coined the phrase “It’s all in your mind, how you think will determine your outcome.”

My mission is to offer a Mind, Body & Soul Experience. I will help improve one’s cardiovascular health, muscle strength, endurance and flexibility. I will offer basic nutritional tips to point one in the right direction in maintaining a healthy diet. I will also offer relaxation and meditation techniques to help soothe and relieve the mind and body of stress and negativity.” – Ena Shed
