Bernice Rose

I have been teaching a variety of group fitness classes at our YMCA for the past 23 years.  I am certified through the Provincial Government and continue to be certified under the YMCA.  I am also certified in orientations in our Individual Conditioning center and a licensed Zumba and Zumba Gold instructor. I am currently trained in Standard First Aid as well.
