I have been certified in Spinning by Mad Dogg Athletics and Aqua by Urban Active for two (2) years and have been employeed by Urban Active Gym's for that time.
I am a runner who also likes group fitness so I thought it would be great to teach others to have fun and get a great workout in at the same time.
