Tom Sheehan

Owner of a 20,000 sq. ft. health club in Massapequa, NY for 12 years.  I own and manage the multisports complex and have personal trained, taught cycle classes, and duathlon camps.  I am a three time Ironman completing the Florida Ironman in both 2003 and 2004, as well as the Brazil Ironman in 2003.  Additionally, I have completed 8 marathons.
