Effective November 1, 2009, the Breezes brand has been elevated and expanded to include the Grand Lido Negril Resort. The resort has been renamed Breezes Grand Resort & Spa, upscale Super-Inclusive resort catering to sports lovers of all kinds. The pristine beach and calm water waters of the Bloody Bay will quickly induce you to the no worries side of life, making this Negril resort ever popular.

Breezes Grand Resort & Spa – Negril consists of 210 full and junior suites, all featuring spectacular beachfront, and ocean or garden views.

Every suite is equipped with refrigerators, air-conditioning, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, CD player, coffee maker, hair dryer, electronic safe deposit box, iron & ironing board, and data ports for in-room internet access.

Breezes Grand has mini-bars in all rooms stocked with water, soda and beer.

Also included is: Windsurfing; sunfish sailing; water-skiing, kayaking; snorkeling; underwater-vision boat rides; scuba diving with daily dives for beginners (a resort course and International PADI certification is available at an additional cost, boat fees may apply); two pools, one near main beach area, one on clothing-optional beach; five Jacuzzis.

In addition to the classes taught by the fitness professional, the personal trainer has complete fitness center with Nautilus, Lifecycle and Stairmaster equipment, as well as free weights; Fully air-conditioned and open 24-hours a day.

For couples and singles 16 years and over. Administrative fee covers 2 adults with all-inclusive accommodations. The rooms only hold up to 2 guests.  Contact us regarding very good rates for additional rooms at Breezes resorts or to setup a Negril tour, such as horseback riding.

A Hotel fee of $175 per week will be added at check out. The gift fund was created by Fit Bodies, Inc. at its inception as a gesture of kindness toward the resorts hosting each pro. These resorts, no matter how large and how prestigious, do not have a budget for certain items they desire and require for the day to day operations in the entertainment and fitness departments

This resort requires $100 per week to be paid into the gift fund. This is automatically added to your booking fee. Transfers are complementary-after customs at MBJ airport, proceed to Super Clubs check in desk. Transfer to Negril is a little over an hour.
