As a contributing member to the Fitness Pro Travel community you agree to take responsibility for the accuracy of content provided. 

Access or quantity of access to these promotional and interaction tools are determined by your Account Type at this Site. Changing of your membership status may delete certain posted materials from our system.

Your ability to search in quantity is affected by your membership status. We encourage the us of the networking tool found within the Fitness Pro Travel community, but we cannot guarantee the validity of any statements made between networked accounts.

You understand that all postings, messages, text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, or other 
materials ("Content") posted on, transmitted through, or linked from the Service, are the sole 
responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. 

You understand and agree that sending unsolicited email advertisements to Fitness Pro Travel 
email addresses or through Fitness Pro Travel computer systems, which is expressly prohibited 
by these Terms, will use or cause to be used servers located in Washington.  Such violations

6. interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service; or
7. "stalk," otherwise harass any member of the Fitness Pro Travel community; or
8. collect or store personal data about other users.
