I began my career in the Health & Fitness Industry in Guatemala City, Guatemala in 1997. I worked as a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, and Professional Choreographer while attending college at San Jose de los Infantes toward a degree in Business Administration. Through hard work and discipline, I grew in my profession. During this time, I developed personalized training routines and nutrition plans for 2 Guatemalan National Fitness Champions; developed routines for athletes competing in the Group Choreography Category for the Guatemalan National Fitness Championship competitions (leading to four 1st place finishes in 2002, 2001, 1999, and 1998); and hosted a TV Channel 7 aerobics segment “Aerobico Mania” in various locations across the country - from the Mayan ruins located in the Jungles of Petén to Resort Hotels. I moved to the United States in 2003 continued to work as a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor in Maryland. As your Personal Trainer, I will work with you to obtain your goals – with no excuses. My experience has taught me how to obtain results. Your body will be challenged with a variety of customized routines that will increase your strength & cardio output in addition to decreasing body fat.
