I empower my clients to want to be in top form with practical training programs and positive motivation.  With over 13 years of experience, I love motivating and encouraging people to be the best they can be. 

Pilates / Aquatics / Cycling / TRX / Boot Camp are just a few of the classes I teach.  By teaching group exercise classes and Personal Training I am able to help people believe in themselves again.  As your trainer, I evaluate my clients, their physical stance, their eating habits ~ we discuss their goals, their weaknesses and strive for a happy balance to attain their goals. 

Fitness should be FUN - motivating and something that once you see results ... you want to come back for more!

By combining weight training, cardio and pilates I design a program that is customized for their desired results.
