I have had close to 90 marines taking my Cardio Kick Boxing class at one time and that was a crazy but fun experience. I tough with them, but we still had a good time. I just want to give a special thanks to those of you that may have been prior military or are currently serving. I love being a trainer because I can see that change of my client’s wellness, fitness level, confidence, attitude, happiness and also posture. I am able to help to take away or minimize the pain my clients have from their everyday life. I feel so lucky to be a part of someone’s life.
