With 15 years of experience teaching Pilates and fitness classes, Alanna has made fitness a cornerstone of her life. Her journey began at university, where she discovered Pilates and fitness classes. As she grew stronger—both physically and mentally—she recognized the powerful connection between fitness, health, and overall well-being. This transformation sparked a deep belief in the mind-body-spirit relationship, which she shares with others through her teaching.

Alanna is a CanFitPro Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor and holds Pilates certifications through Body Harmonics and Balanced Body. Her ongoing pursuit of knowledge in the health and wellness field allows her to provide the most up-to-date and effective guidance to her clients.

Passionate about working with families, Alanna has run family-friendly bootcamps to encourage fitness at all stages of life. She primarily teaches Barre and Pilates but also leads a variety of other fitness classes. Her love for Pilates is at the heart of her work, and she takes pride in helping people build strength, flexibility, and control through both mat and equipment-based classes.

Currently, Alanna’s primary focus is training at the gym and the University of Guelph, where she works with individuals of all fitness levels. As a mother of two, she understands the importance of balancing fitness with everyday life and is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their personal health and fitness goals.

Alanna looks forward to the opportunity to work with others and support them on their fitness journeys.
