  • With over 15 years of experience teaching Pilates and fitness, Alanna Wolf has made movement and mindful strength the foundation of her life. Her passion for Pilates began at the University of Guelph, where she discovered how intelligent, purposeful movement could transform not only the body, but also the mind and spirit.

Alanna is a CanFitPro Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, and she holds Pilates certifications through Body Harmonics and Balanced Body. She specializes in Mat and Reformer Pilates as well as Barre, blending precision, control, and flow in every class. Her teaching style encourages strength, flexibility, and balance while fostering a deeper connection to movement and self-awareness.

Currently teaching at Movati and the University of Guelph, Alanna brings her energy, expertise, and compassion to every session—whether she’s guiding beginners or seasoned movers. She is committed to sharing the benefits of mindful movement and helping others feel stronger, more confident, and more connected in their bodies.
