I have been a personal trainer for 2 years. I have a personal training business. I train private clients to learn to run and complete a 5K race. I incorporate some weight training and running based nutritional information.
I love to work with all types of people and focus on meeting the client where they are at. I always focus on their current fitness state and we discuss reachable future goals. Motivation and support would be the two biggest qualities I have and offer my clients 100% of my attention and energy.
