I have a passion for health and fitness and have been involved in some type of fitness activity for as long as I can remember. I enjoy working with and helping people fulfill their fitness potential. I believe our bodies were made to move! We don't have over 600 muscles for nothing! There are so many aspects of life we cannot control, but I believe if we control the things we are able (what we do and what we eat), we will be much healthier individuals. Good health is priceless.
