Lauren Brody

I began my career at the young age of 16, when the 'aerobics' teacher for the class I was taking never showed up. I filled in and the rest is history. I have worked as a personal trainer and fitness instructor ever since. My specialty became cycling after a passion for road biking and triathlons erupted. I work mostly privately now, training individuals and small groups. My focus is on encouraging people to become stronger, fitter and healthier.
