I have a passion for yoga, good health and making community connections which can all be nourished through the teaching of yoga. I believe yoga is available for all ages, sizes, and all levels of students when fueled by pranayama. I enjoy guiding students through various posture flows, breath work and meditation by way of music, hands-on assists and fun. I believe there are two components to being a yoga teacher: yoga and teaching, and I cherish both.
