My yoga journey began in 1999.  I continued to practice on and off until I went back to graduate school in 2006, when I began to practice on a regular basis.  While learning about mental wellness in my education, I found value in the balance of mind, body and spirit.  

 
I work in corporate America, and yoga has brought balance to my life.  With the hectic lifestyle of the city, I found that yoga brings peace to my mind and helps me stay present throughout my day.  I found that practicing yoga helped me to find my center, and I love to share this practice with others.
