I have been teaching Group Fitness classes with Stroller Strides for
three years. Our classes are one hour long and consist of intervals of
running/walking and strength training using resistance bands, the
environment, the body itself, and other equipment. I am trained in pre-
and post-natal fitness and in HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training),
which has been proven in a university study to burn fat and calories
faster than cardio or strength training alone. I am also an avid runner,
having completed 14 half marathons and 3 full marathons, and I have
trained dozens of women to run races from 5Ks to full marathons, many of
whom had never run before. I will be getting my AFFA Group Fitness
certificate this summer and my RRCA Run Coach certification in October
of this year, and I look forward to offering classes in pre-natal
fitness, post-natal fitness, women-centered fitness, HIIT, or running to
guests at the resorts you work with soon.
