Michele Mitchell

I have been teaching for over 30 years and I currently teach aerobics, kickboxing, strength training, Cycling and Pilates.  I am also a certified personal trainer. I have an AFAA step certification and an ACE personal training certification., Yogafit  and Pilates.

 

I have also been certified in pilates, kickboxing, Tabata, however I have not maintained every organization, just the core certifications.

I enjoy hiking, triathlons, coaching track for elementary aged kids and recently I have become a ski instructor.  I am active with my kid's schools and sports.
