I started teaching aerobics in 1984 and completed my group exercise instructor certification with the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. Through continuing education, I began teaching a variety of classes including step, aqua aerobics, hi/low, interval training, kickboxing, hip-hop/funk as well as other classes. In 2001, I became certified with LesMils Training Systems to teach Body Pump. In 2004, I became certified with Schwinn to teach cycling and in 2005 I started my yoga education with YogaFit. I completed my latest certifcation in 2013 as a LesMils Body Flow instructor. I sincerely enjoy contributing to the health and fitness of other individuals and at the same time keeping myself fit and healthy. I feel with my outgoing personality, I make my classes enjoyable as well as beneficial to my participants.
