My name is Maggie Gracey and I've been teaching Aerobics since 2006. My favorite and passion is Step in which I can teach combos from Basic to Advanced depending on the participant's level. I also teach a Barbell Resistance training class which is also a scuplting/shaping/strength class where free weights are used. I can incorporate balls, bands, or even teach a Bosu class depending on the facilities equipment. I teach Indoor Cycle/Spinning, and Fitness Dance which consists of Latin, Club and Hip-Hop moves that are very easy to follow so that everyone can participate. I can lead a stretching class or abs class, or even Boot Camp. I'm flexible for the participants interest and level. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer.
