Lisa enjoys teaching a wide variety of group exercise classes. Her motivation and passion for teaching comes from her love to educate and inspire people to live a healthy and active lifestyle. As an instructor, Lisa's enthusiasm encourages people to have a "Yes I Can" attitude toward fitness.  Demonstrating both basic and progressive forms of exercises to accommodate different levels of experience among the class participants, she believes in safe classes that provide a lot of fun.  A NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Lisa has been instructing group fitness classes for nearly twenty years with proficiency in many Les Mills formats including BodyPump, Combat, and Core.  Lisa maintains a Keiser indoor cycling certification, has completed Yogafit training and has been teaching yoga for over 15 years.  She has also attended many various educational seminars to keep herself up-to-date on the latest trends so that she can deliver the fun to you too! Please look for Lisa's classes on the daily Sun Dial!
