Marcus Higgins

I have been into fitness for more than twenty years.  I enjoy all types of fitness, including weight & strength training and aerobic activities.  I received my personal training certification in 2008, from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.  I am also certified in CPR and AED.  I am also certified to teach "RIPPED". 

I recognize that fitness is central to a healthy lifestyle and I am dedicated to helping others reach their fitness goals.  I believe every goal is attainable, whether it is a cardiovascular, core, reactive or resistive training goal.  I can work with those just beginning to work out, as well as with those who want to improve their fitness levels.  This might include balance improvements, weight loss, greater strength, muscle mass increases or speed and agility improvements.
