An energetic, enthusiastic, results-oriented group exercise instructor with over 20 years of experience teaching a wide range of class sizes from individual to large groups in variety of class formats including:  Yoga, Prenatal / Postpartum Yoga, Pilates, Indoor Cycle, Step, Body Sculpting, Indoor and Outdoor Circuit Training, Interval Training, Hi-Lo, Power Flex and Stability Ball Training.  Skilled experience working with all fitness levels including beginner, post rehabilitation, intermediate and advanced.
