I am thrilled to be enjoying my second career as a mature entrant to the Fitness Industry. I am passionate about educating myself and helping people to reach their fitness goals. My current role as a Zumba instructor has enabled me to bring my love of dance and fitness together in the most unique, joyful and positive fitness phenomenon yet. My participants can't get enough of Zumba! They leave my classes sweating and with a big smile on their faces....and so do I!
