Margo Hearty

I have been a student of Yoga for 8 years. I have studied a variety of styles of yoga including, Ashtanga, Bikram, Hatha, Hot (Power and Flow), Moksha, Power, Pranaflow, Vinyasa Flow, and Yin. As a student, my personal practice is an average of 5 days per week in the studio and one home practice. I enjoy being challenged, but have learned the importance of listening to my body and not muscling into postures but instead moving with comfort and ease.

I have also taken many workshops including:

 2007, MindBodyWarrior Core and Upper Body Level 1 Workshop, Mark Laham, Rama Lotus Yoga Studio.

 2009, MindBodyWarrior Core and Upper Body Level 2 Workshop, Mark Laham, Rama Lotus Yoga Studio.

2010, Ryan Leier (Owner of OneYoga Studio), History of Yoga, Arm Balance Workshop, Moksha Yoga Ottawa Studio.
