Myranda Simpson

  • Myranda has always been fascinated with physical activity. Through figure skating, dance and outdoor activities, which she has practiced since childhood, she has discovered the benefits of being friends with one’s body, instrument and vehicle of daily living.

Her passion for the open air led her to complete an AEC in adventure tourism at the  Mérici College.  Always searching for adventure, Myranda started working abroad by joining Club Med as a fitness instructor.  This led her to discover yoga and Pilates, integrating her strengths, curiosity, enthusiasm and desire to live a healthy, balanced life.

Myranda is now a 200h certified hatha yoga instructor and a certified pilates instructor with Body Harmonics. She keeps developing her skills in these two areas. For her, yoga and pilates is a means of expression, a manner of connecting with oneself, to find silence, tranquility and to recharge one’s batteries, in order to enjoy life fully.

Myranda is a skilled and talented instructor, comfortable with students of all ages, all levels and all backgrounds. She  encourages students to reach their full potential, while creating a safe environment, conducive to learning.
