I am a lifelong learner devoted to sharing my passion for health and wellness with others. I initially came to yoga through my work as a school social worker, seeking effective, practical ways to teach children stress management and emotional regulation techniques. Since that time I have come to work with clients of all ages and levels of ability. I have taught several other modalities of exercise, including aqua cardio, step, strength training and Pilates. My continued study and practice of Pilates, combined with my yoga training, led to being named Lead Pilates Instructor at Yoga 360's new Pilates Studio.
