I have been teaching fitness for 20 years I love the music the people and the feeling from fitness.  I started teaching when there were very few options but now there are so many styles and types of fitness everyone can enjoy fitness.  I completed my yoga and Stott's Pilates training 5 years ago.    In 2022 I added a new fitness style to my profile Dancing but not just any dancing ballroom, latin, rock & roll and finally country line dancing.  This is an excellent work out for the body and the mind and soooo much fun!  I work as an accountant during the day and have a daughter and grand daughter.  Fitness is my escape and helps me feel young.
