I have always enjoyed tennis and sharing this great game with others. I have been teaching for over 25 years and played NCAA college tennis and then returned to Canada to finish my degree at Carleton University. 

I have had the privilege to travel as a visiting tennis professional to many resorts in the Caribbean over the last 25 years and have been asked to help out with the tennis program at a luxury hotel in Barbados several times a year. I still play competitive tennis and am a nationally ranked adult tennis player in singles and doubles. To help give back to this great sport, I founded and run the Pierre Despatie Memorial Tennis Tournament as a fundraiser for Search and Rescue and have served on the board of directors of the Ottawa Tennis and Lawn Bowling Club.

When not on the courts, I am the Managing Director of Brandenburg Capital Strategies, a boutique wealth management firm.

I usually travel with my spouse Joanne who is also certified as a Tennis Professional and has been ranked as high as #13 in the World for her age group.

She has also represented Canada as the Captain of the Women's 035 and 030 National team at the World Championships in Portugal and Turkey.

Both of us are usually on the court, so guests get 2 pros instead of one!
