Robb Christensen

I was born on Sept. 13, 1966 on Cape Cod, which is a seaside resort area. I have live here all my life. After graduating high school I pursued my dream of becoming a Firefighter. I was hired by the Yarmouth Fire & Rescue Dept. on July 1, 1987. During my career I went to Cape Cod Community College, The Massachusetts State Fire Academy, The National Fire Academy in Emmitsburg, Maryland, and The Barnstable County Fire Academy. In 1991 I was hired by the Barnstable County Fire Academy as a support employee. I taught fire prevention in our schools and to the elderly for over 10 years, running our education division within the fire dept. In 1999 I became a cert. fire instructor. In 2000, I became a AHA CPR Instructor. In 2011 I retired from the Yarmouth Fire & Rescue Dept. and now focus my time on personal fitness and teaching at the fire academy.
