I have been teaching fitness classes for over 25 years.  What matters most to me is empowering my clients - not just showing what to do but teaching them how and why behind every movement.  Over the years, I have pursued extensive training and continued education across multiple modalities, including STOTT PILATES® (certified in 2009), ZEN•GA™, Total Barre™, Fascial Movement and the Science of Stretching. I am also a specialist in Post-Rehabilitation Conditioning, Active for Life, Athletic, Dance, and Group Mat.  I own a private boutique studio and instruct fitness classes (both group and private) in the Oceana County.

I have maintained my certification requirements for STOTT PILATES by taking continuing education workshops every year since 2009.  Continuing Education Workshops take in 2025 (Merrithew Health & Fitness) include:  5/7/2025 Centered Strength with the Flex-Band, 4/25/25 Intense Sculpting Challenge with Flex-Band Level 4, 5/13/2025 Functional Towel Workout
