I have been teaching fitness classes for over 25 years. I am a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor, ZEN•GA™ Qualified Instructor, Total Barre™ Qualified Instructor. I am also recognized by MERRITHEW HEALTH & FITNESS as a Post-Rehabilitation Conditioning Specialist. I own a private boutique studio and instruct fitness classes (both group and private) in the greater Muskegon, MI area.

Pilates: Using the STOTT PILATES Method - Mat exercises designed to increase core strength, flexibility and balance.
Total Barre: Bring high energy and a smile when you join us for our Total Barre workout - one of the most fun and dynamic ways to sculpt a sleek and lean physique! An effective hybrid of Pilates, dance, cardio and strength-training, this class provides an intense full-body workout that's designed to tighten and tone from the ground up. Total Barre choreographs movement patterns set to music using the ballet barre and an array of props.
ZEN•GA™ is a synergistic blend of mind-body modalities, supported by exercise science and the newest findings in fascial fitness. ZEN represents the search for inner discovery, while YOGA symbolizes a pathway to reach it. Together they form ZEN•GA, which is based on Four Mindful Movement Principles: breath, support, yield and of how the body and the mind move in tandem. ZEN•GA focuses on core stability, stamina and resilience while attaining a state of affords the benefits of improved strength, enhanced elasticity and creates a more youthful, resilient and fluid body.
