Rosalind Frydberg

I started out in the fitness industry several years ago as a fitness program manager. I then taught fitness classes at a variety of public clubs. I went on to study Aqua Fitness and was certified by the YMCA. I then became the Aquatic Director for a prestige country club. Full Time Fitness Professional!

I love fitness and it is a passion of mine- I enjoy the response I get from my participants and the joy we share together. I am thankful for the hour they dedicate to the class and I give it all for them. I take the time to talk with the individual and work hard to create a bonding group experience. I connect on an individual level as well as on a group level! I try to give each participant a take-away that they can apply to their everyday lives!

  I am certified in multiple formats which I will expand upon just a few include  gravity instructor, and Kickboxing Instructor and a Stages indoor cycling instructor.  I have added personal training to my program offering- focusing on Mothers and Daughters and best friends. I have been very succesful and have seen great results with our clients. The results are measured by increased self esteem and loss of inches and lbs.

Yoga has become a part of my life! I incorporate it as much as I can in my everyday life and it is a practice that brings an in the moment experience and grounding like no other. I bring a bit of Yoga into whatever I teach- in the water we do several poses and holdling the pose is extremely challenging due to the water movement.

It has to be a joyful experience to all- therefore I teach to beginners as well as to the Yogini practitoner allowing the participants the freedom to take move or pose to their level of expertise.

Fusing Pilates and Yoga has a great flow as pilates is core and breathing movement discipline.

Adding to my continuing  education is Savasanahhh! The perfect blend of yoga and Thai massage. Guiding participants deeper into relaxation, restoration, and bliss with this fluid combination of compassionate touch and restorative yoga. Perfect way to end a class or as a class of its own.

 Adding to my Certifications are from BeachBody INSANITY GROUP FITNESS! Maximum Interval Training a 50 minute cardio blast utilizing your own body strength. You will love it and hate it at the same time, there are lots of modifications available and it is so rewarding to lead and encourage participants through the class.

Mat Pilates Certification September 2014. Pilates is truly a great starting off point for people new to fitness or who are really wanting to develop a core connection to further enhance their anterior and posterior core.

Also added to my certifications is TRIBE, this program originated in Australia and focuses on small group personal training. Ii am certified to lead FIT, CORE and LIFE. It is a program whereby participants sign up for an eight week session and attend twice a week. It is progressive in nature and everyone works as a team.

As an instructor at LIfetime I am certified to teach Upper Body RX and WTRX which is water Bootcamp Style using SPEEDO equipment incorporating, stability, mobility, water resistance and stamina. 

In addition to the above I developed an in-water therapy and rehabilitation program for a major hospital in my city! The program is being run through the REHAB and Well-Being division of the hospital. It focuses on balance and core, gait walking and muscle activation.

I love what I do and I love making people smile and feel good about themselves. Every day I meet amazing people and they continue to inspire me so I can in turn inspire them.

I am a certified Fit Chicks Sargent and Run classes in the City of Toronto- so pleased that there is an affiliation with Amanda and Laura!

I spend a minimum of 3 hours a week on personal education and enroll in continuing education courses multiple times a year. I watch other instructors and coaches and learn from them as well.
