I'm a native Texas gal now living in the Hawaii. I may be short at a whopping 5'3", but what I lack in height I make up for in passion and my passion is motivating people to move.
I received my Bachelor of Science degree as a student-athlete while playing fast pitch softball for the University of Houston. I then headed north to Purdue University where I received my Master of Science degree in Health and Kinesiology.
I have been actively involved in the fitness and wellness field for over 20 years as a division I NCAA athlete, strength and conditioning coach, cheerleader, group fitness instructor, personal trainer, manager, programmer and director.
I combine my athletic ability and boundless energy to engage my group exercise class participants.
