Waseem Noor

Waseem Noor has been the Director of Tennis and Head Tennis Professional at Glen Oaks Club since 1995. Before becoming the Head Pro, he served as the Assistant Tennis Professional from 1993-1994. He has been USPTA certified since 1987.

Waseem is nationally renowned in the Tennis Industry as one of the foremost Tennis Instructors of Fundamentals and Bio-Mechanics. Although he works with all levels and ages, his expertise is with beginners and intermediate players.

Before coming to Glen Oaks Club, Waseem was the Manager/Director and Head Tennis Professional of Roslyn Racquet Club (now known as Sportime Rosyn), in Rolsyn, NY.

As the son of a diplomat, he grew up in Bejing, China and Ottawa, Canada. After moving to the US in 1982, he studies Computer Science and Mathematics at Queens College of the City University of New York.
