My name is Kristin, I am a personal trainer. I love suspension training with the TRX. It is an amazing workout for the whole body and engages core for every movement. It is a great training tool from the homer client to the most advance client. I am a firm believer in fuctional training and a strong core. I also believe in a strong metobic workout. Suspension training is new and different for a lot of clients. I have yet to have a client try who hasn't loved it. I am also certified in kickboxing. I love the amazing workout it provides in the short period of time. I teach this on levels 1,2, and 3, so everyone can participate no matter what their fitness level.
