I am grateful for my continual trainings with some of the best teachers in the world. Ayurveda inspired, 500 E-RYT, C-IAYT. My favorite asana is… All of them depending on the day, the season, and me. Postures are like medicine.

I love teaching yoga because…Once you are on the path it becomes a journey, there is no end, there is only awareness and inquiry. The subtle becomes the teacher. The skill of listening becomes the lesson. YOU become yourself.
