I am an Exercise Physiologist and have been instructing group fitness and personal training for >25 years.
I work with conditioned and deconditioned people and love to encourage both types of populations in the movement game.
My philosophy is to provide a workout that is safe, effective, and fun. Exercise is an integral part of a balanced lifestyle and anything I can do to encourage a lifetime commitment to exercise (of any kind) is my goal to clients.
